KOCHI: A man was attacked with a machete during a clash at the private bus stand in Aluva. Anshad, a native of Thiruvananthapuram and a bus driver in Aluva, sustained serious injuries from the attack. He has been admitted to Kalamassery Medical College for treatment.

There are several people who frequent the Aluva private bus stand area regularly and verbal altercations among them are common. However, this time, the argument escalated into violence. Reports indicate that four individuals joined together to assault Anshad. He suffered severe injuries to his hand, leg and the side of his neck due to the machete attack.
