POCSO case against vlogger Mukesh Nair for taking semi-naked pics without permission

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A POCSO case has been registered against vlogger Mukesh Nair. The case is that he forced a minor girl to pose semi-naked, then captured her photos and circulated on social media. The girl’s family filed a case against him with the Kovalam police.

The case is that a reel was filmed at a resort in Kovalam one-and-a half-months ago. Mukesh had acted in it. The minor child was also brought here. He captured her semi-naked photos without her consent. He touched her body without her consent during the shoot. The complaint said that this caused mental problems for the girl.

The police after registering a POCSO case against Mukesh Nair in the incident, have started a search for him. The police also said that the investigation into the incident has been intensified.
