Two teachers in custody for tenth class question paper leak

KOZHIKODE: Two teachers have been taken into custody in connection with the leak of 10th class Christmas exam question paper. The crime branch has taken Jishnu of Puthiyangadi in Kozhikode and Fahadh of Malappuram into custody. They are teachers of private tuition institution M S Solutions. The court had earlier stayed the arrest of the main accused in the case, M S Solutions CEO Shuhaib.

The allegation was that questions of 32 marks from the lessons predicted in the M S Solutions class were asked for the SSLC Chemistry exam. Student organizations alleged that the question paper was being leaked and distributed to students in a new way.

Based on the preliminary investigation, an FIR was filed and Shuhaib and others were implicated in the case. The crime branch registered the FIR under seven sections, including breach of trust. The investigation team is also examining the activities of other private tuition institutions.

However, M S Solutions claimed that even when most of the questions asked by other platforms were included in the exam, the allegations were only made against them.
