Woman's body found covered in woolen blanket under the bed; suspicion of murder, husband missing

IDUKKI: The body of the woman was found under the bed in the house covered with a woolen blanket. Bijesh's wife PJ Valsamma alias Anumole was the one found dead. The woman's husband, Bijesh of Pazhumkandam Kanchiyar, could not be found. The initial conclusion of the police is that the incident was a murder.
Valsamma was missing for a few days. When relatives came home to check, the house was found locked. When the relatives entered the house after breaking the door, they found the body wrapped under the bed in the bedroom. The police concluded that the dead body was a few days old. The Kattapana police have started a search for her husband Bijesh. Vatsamma's body was shifted to the hospital for post-mortem after the inquest process was completed. Bijesh's relatives and friends have been summoned and the police investigation is in progress.
