THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: N Prasanth IAS has once again shared a Facebook post against chief secretary Sarada Muraleedharan. He alleged in the Facebook post that the chief secretary had first agreed to live streaming of the hearing and video recording but later withdrew from it. He also shared the pictures of her two notices.
The chief secretary had earlier issued a notice to Prasanth to appear for the hearing on Wednesday, which is part of the departmental action. Prasanth had demanded that the hearing be live-streamed and video-recorded, but was rejected. Two days ago, Prasanth had shared a post containing a troll video in this regard. In the post, Prasanth had stated that he did not want to be a slave. Prasanth had also jokingly added in the post that he did not know how to dance or sing.
Seven strange nights
The letter dated 10.02.2025 only requested that the hearing be recorded and streamed. This request was fully accepted on 04.04.2025, but was withdrawn on 11.04.2025. The letter did not state any reasons for the change in decision after seven nights. It did not say that the request was strange.
However, the palace correspondents said the request was strange. In the era of RTI and transparency, who finds this strange? Just to find out. Doesn’t the person have a name? I know this by reading the documents regarding my disciplinary action, copies of the order, decisions, and opinions in the channel and the newspaper. I saw some channel employees acting as if they had not seen the first order allowing streaming. (They may not understand it after reading it). What can be said about the constant fearlessness, unsourced news, and concealing documents? Strange.
