NEDUMBASSERY: It is hinted that the suicide of 10th class student from Chengamanad Kaprassery was due to mobile gaming. The police have started an investigation in this regard. The police will check the mobile phone used by the child. The preliminary investigation revealed that the child had the habit of using the mobile phone for a long time.

Jamie's son Agnal Jamie (15) was found hanging dead in the bedroom of the house on Friday evening. Agnel's father kicked open the door because the room was closed for a long time, and found Agnel hanging. His hands were tied behind his back and his mouth was covered with cello tape. He was wearing a raincoat. This is the reason for suspecting that Agnle may have hanged himself as part of the online game 'Taskey'.
A student of Kaprassery IHRD School, Agnel was happy till he returned home on Friday evening, teachers and classmates said. The incident took place after Agnel went to the upstairs room after having food. The online game on the mobile phone was still running when the father kicked open the door of the room. The child was using the phone of his mother, Jini. It was found that the game was installed on it. After postmortem, the body was buried at Kaprassery Little Flower Church Cemetery this evening.
