10th-grade student falls off second floor of school building in Attingal, suffers serious injuries

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A student suffered serious injuries after falling from the second floor of a school in Attingal on Monday. The incident took place at Attingal Government Girls Higher Secondary School. The 10th-grade student, a native of Alamcode, fell from the building at 1:30 pm today. It is not known how she fell from the second floor.

The child was first taken to Attingal Valiyakunnu Taluk Hospital and then to a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. She suffered a fracture in the femur.
