Bus carrying 56 Sabarimala pilgrims falls into ravine; one dead, two in critical condition

KASARAGOD: One person died after a bus carrying Sabarimala pilgrims fell into a ravine. The deceased has been identified as Harish (36), a native of Chunchanakatte, Mysore. Two people are in critical condition.

The accident took place at the Maloth Kattankavala Mattapally bend. It is reported that 45 people were injured. All the injured are from Chunchanakatte village in Mysore. The accident occurred at around 2.50 pm today. There were 56 people on the bus. The injured have been admitted to various hospitals.
