KALPETTA: The audio of the accused in the case of trying to abuse an official of the Wayanad forest department at midnight in the office, has emerged. The audio is that of accused Ratheesh Kumar, Sugandhagiri section forest officer. In the audio, Ratheesh Kumar is heard pressuring the woman to withdraw her complaint.

Ratheesh Kumar is heard saying that a wrong has been committed and shouldn't embarrass him. The employee is heard asking the accused, who offered money, who will answer for the insult faced. The audio surfaced while the Padinjarathara police were investigating the case. This is being considered as crucial evidence in the case.
