Devaswom vigilance to grill Unnikrishnan Potty again

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The devaswom board will approach the high court demanding a detailed investigation against Unnikrishnan Potty, who levelled serious allegations against them. This move comes as Unnikrishnan Potty has become a thorn in the eye of the board and the government. Following this, the devaswom vigilance is preparing to question Potty again.

The board alleged that there is an ulterior motive behind the attempt to put the board under a shadow of suspicion. As the case is presently under the consideration of the high court, the board cannot file a complaint directly with the police or the crime branch.

So, the board will file an application in the high court itself demanding a detailed investigation against Unnikrishnan Potty. The board will point in the high court that Unnikrishnan Potty is under a shadow of suspicion and that there are various cases pending against him.

The board got information from the police that there are many allegations and cases pending against Unnikrishnan Potty. The high court had also expressed some doubts about Potty's character the other day. Considering all these circumstances, the devaswom board has decided to directly approach the high court.
