ED issues notice against P V Anvar in quarry fraud case

KOCHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will conduct an investigation against P V Anvar MLA in the quarry fraud case. The ED have issued a notice asking Anwar to appear for interrogation. The case is that Rs 50 lakh was extorted promising to make a partner in the quarry business.

The statement of the complainant and the quarry owner will be taken tomorrow. Directions have been given to produce the documents of the transactions made with Anvar.
