Former DMO arrested in sexual assault case from Kottayam

KOTTAYAM: A former Duty Medical Officer of Kottayam was arrested in a sexual assault case on Tuesday. Pala native P N Raghavan was arrested on a complaint by a 24-year-old woman. The woman alleged that she was sexually assaulted inside the doctor's clinic in Pala. The woman had gone to Raghavan's clinic for treatment on Monday.

The complaint states that she was sexually assaulted during the treatment. The police registered a case and are investigating the incident. Raghavan was arrested this morning.
