THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Although they did not look each other during O R Kelu's swearing-in ceremony, the governor and chief minister shook hands and shared friendship at the tea party that followed. The event was also notable for the presence of the opposition.
Apart from the Chief Minister, a good number of ministers also attended the function. Governor Arif Muhammad Khan was serious on the stage. After swearing in O.R. Kelu shook hands with the Governor. After that, the Governor gestured to Kelu to shake hands with the Chief Minister.
