I did not bring Aghori Baba, Gave Rs 500 to fill petrol 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar reacted to the arrival of Aghori Babas from Uttar Pradesh in Thiruvananthapuram. He said that he did not invite them. They were going to Kanyakumari from Uttar Pradesh and on the way reached our family meet and asked is he a BJP candidate and then came near us. When they asked money to fill fuel for their vehicle, gave them Rs 500, he said. The opposition had criticized the Aghoris' arrival in the capital.

The Aghori Babas reached the capital city and visited the BJP district office and had a meeting with state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar. The group consisted of two Sanyasis and an Aghori. The BJP leaders responded that when they reached Thiruvananthapuram during their journey from Tamil Nadu, they expressed their desire to meet Rajeev Chandrasekhar and then agreed.

The Sanyasis said that they were coming from Kashi and had come to meet the BJP MLAs to bless them. When told them that the BJP did not have any MLAs in Kerala, they replied that the BJP would definitely win this time. The group then went to Nedumcaud, where Rajeev Chandrasekhar was campaigning, and blessed him. Those around them also sought the Aghori's blessings.

‘There are 23 schools in the constituency. If these Babas walk around during school hours, the children will get scared. It may be their faith, but there is a limit to everything. What is the BJP candidate showing? Shouldn't things be done according to the circumstances of Kerala? I'm not saying this against Hindus. I don't think these types of Swamis have votes,’ V Sivankutty responded to the issue.
