'It was Rahul who bore wedding expenses': new revelation in Pantheeramkavu domestic violence case

KOZHIKODE: Woman with a new revelation in the Pantheeramkavu domestic violence case. The woman said that no one hit her or threatened her. The woman had earlier shared a video on social media, denying the dowry harassment she had accused. The new revelation has come after that.

"I am under a lot of stress. I couldn't stay at home. I have informed my mother that I am safe. My father's reaction to the media worried me. I am not injured. If you want, you can check the CCTV footage of the police station. It was Rahul who bore the wedding expenses. It was my mother who said that she would pay 50 sovereigns', the woman clarified.

The girl's father had earlier responded to the media that the accused Rahul may have influenced his daughter. The woman shared the video after this.

It was on the third that my daughter left home saying she was going to an IT company in Thiruvananthapuram. After that, I spoke to my daughter on the phone till the 8th, but on Sunday and Monday I did not get her on the phone. When I contacted the manager of the company where she was working, I came to know that she had applied for leave from the 3rd to the 21st. Later, I lodged a complaint that my daughter is missing. I never expected such a backlash from my daughter in the case', the woman's father told the media.
