KOZHIKODE: Krishnapriya, wife of Arjun, who went missing in the landslide at Shirur in Karnataka, will be given a job in the bank. She will be appointed as a junior clerk in Vengeri Cooperative Bank. The bank officials reached her house and passed the information.

The Calicut City Service Cooperative Bank had offered a job to Krishnapriya earlier. The bank officials said that she will be given a job as per her qualification. The authorities also said that the bank is ready if permission is given to appoint a post not less than a junior clerk.

The family of Arjun had given a memorandum when the chief minister visited his house. The chief minister said in writing that the Karnataka government did not issue any notification regarding the resumption of the search following the court order. Collector Snehil Kumar personally came and gave this reply to the family in writing.

The search for Arjun in the Gangavali River was suspended for days. This was due to bad weather. However, the Karnataka High Court directed to continue the mission. This was ordered by the bench chaired by the Chief Justice. Although it has been decided to restart the investigation with this, it has not been specified when it will start.

A body was found in the sea not far from Shirur the other day, but later informed that the body was that of a fisherman, who went missing three days ago.
