KOCHI: Lulu Group is set to revolutionise the IT infrastructure development in South India. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate Lulu's twin IT towers, spread over 34 lakh sq ft and 30 floors, in Kakkanad Smart City on June 28th.
The twin towers were built by Lulu IT Infra Build Private Limited, under the Lulu Group, whose chairman and managing director is Malayali businessman M.A. Yusuff Ali. The twin towers were built at an investment of Rs 1,500 crore. The country's tallest IT building comes in addition to Lulu Cyber Towers One and Two in Infopark. In the first phase, 1,500 people will be employed, while 25,000 will be employed at the time of project completion. Four international IT companies have already acquired space in the tower. Lulu officials said that discussions are ongoing with leading companies.
The availability of experienced professionals and young engineers, in addition to Kochi’s proximity towards the IT sector, enhances the potential of the Lulu Twin Towers.
