Man dies after bike’s wire pierces chest during collision of vehicles

KOLLAM: A 59-year-old man died after a wire of the bike pierced his chest. The dead is Benny of Thukalassery. The accident happened in Thiruvalla last night. The wire installed to the mirror of the bike that hit the scooter Benny was riding pierced his chest. The locals said the bike was speeding. Benny died on the spot itself. The locals tried to take him to the hospital, but he had died by then. Police reached the spot and shifted the body to the hospital. The body will be handed over to his family after postmortem.
