Mohanlal to ask questions to Chief Minister; interview will come out soon

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An interview eagerly awaited by Malayalam cinema fans and political observers in Kerala is expected to be released soon. Superstar Mohanlal will be interviewing Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, with the discussion focusing on his life, political journey, and governance. Pictures of the two together are now going viral on social media. Reports say that Mohanlal agreed to be part of the programme at the special request of the Chief Minister.

Technical experts, including renowned director T K Rajeev Kumar, are working behind the programme. According to reports, filming was completed in recent days at Cliff House, the official residence of the Chief Minister. During the interview, Mohanlal is said to have asked about the Chief Minister's political journey and the activities of the government.

Earlier, Mohanlal had conducted a similar interview with former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. Mohanlal, who shares a close rapport with Pinarayi Vijayan, often meets him whenever he visits Thiruvananthapuram. It is reported that the idea of the interview was discussed during one such meeting. After Mohanlal agreed, the shooting was arranged. Sources also say that the questions used in the interview were prepared by the Chief Minister’s Office.
