No action against CPM leaders, pressure not to grill Kadakampally until elections

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V D Satheesan said that he is proud of the Congress party. He also said that the illicit relationship between the CPM and the BJP has been exposed. The party has not taken any action against some including CPM leaders, even after they were arrested in the Sabarimala gold case. He also spoke about the CPM supporting Mukesh MLA, who is an accused in the rape case.

The CPM is adamant of not taking any action even after their leaders were arrested in the gold theft case. They are now afraid of the people arrested. They fear that they will reveal the names of new people. The allegation that there is an illicit relationship between the BJP and the CPM was confirmed in the Parliament yesterday. The Center said that John Brittas MP acted as a bridge for the signing of the PM Shri project.

Why a bridge? Pinarayi Vijayan is the one who signed the agreement in the presence of Modi and Amit Shah, without the knowledge of the politburo. John Brittas stood as an intermediary. The CPM is building this kind of bridge. Education Minister V Sivankutty was the one who was responsible for this. What we said was right. The whole of Kerala is shocked.

The chief minister's office is putting a lot of pressure on the special investigation team. The pressure is not to question Kadakampally Surendran until the elections are over. The name of Kadakampally has been mentioned by the arrested former Devaswom Board presidents. We have evidence in our hands. The Congress has evidence that he is linked to the arrested Unnikrishnan Potty. The court said that there are more big shots than the arrested. Still, the investigation is being delayed. The CPM has not asked MLA Mukesh, who is accused in the rape case, to resign. This is a way of mocking the people. Congress is an exemplary party,' said Satheesan.
