KOCHI: The noose is likely to tighten around activist Rahul Easwar for his derogatory remarks against actress Honey Rose. A native of Thrissur has filed a complaint against him at the Ernakulam Central Police Station. The complaint was filed for his offensive remarks against the actress in channel debates. Action is likely to be taken soon on the complaint.

Meantime, the police may file a case against Rahul Easwar on the complaint filed by Honey Rose. The actress reached the Ernakulam Central Police Station yesterday and filed a complaint against Rahul Easwar. Meanwhile, Rahul Easwar has also started moves for anticipatory bail. The actress had responded to Rahul Easwar's derogatory remarks against her on social media. Legal action was taken after this.

The complaint was filed against Rahul Easwar when she was called to the police station to record her statement again in the case against prominent businessman Boby Chemmanur. It is reported that action will be taken against more people for their lewd comments against Honey Rose on social media.

Honey Rose came forward with a complaint last Sunday alleging that Boby Chemmanur had made abusive remarks against her. The actress first responded through social media. Honey Rose later filed a complaint. Boby Chemmanur was arrested in the complaint. The court will consider the bail plea of Boby, who has been remanded, on Tuesday.
