KOZHIKODE: More details have emerged in the Malaparamba sex racket case. Police believe more people are behind the illegal business that was caught red-handed from an apartment in Kozhikode the other day. The police are planning to question the operators in detail. The personal details handed over by the tenants to the apartment owner were found to be fake.

All nine accused, including six women, arrested in the case, were produced in court on Friday. The court had granted bail to three of them on the condition they appear for questioning. The police are planning to conduct further investigation into the case.

A raid was conducted at a sex trafficking centre operating in an apartment in Malaparamba, Kozhikode. The Nadakkavu police arrested two clients who reached the apartment yesterday.

The apartment, owned by a Kozhikode native, was rented two years ago to a Balusserry native who introduced himself as a physiotherapist for the Bahrain football team. It was reported that this man was the kingpin behind the racket which was going unnoticed for a long.
