More footage of the police brutality has also come to light. It is alleged that the attack was carried out in collusion with the ACP. SFI is levelling allegations against a police officer and says that he has been accused in previous cases.

Meanwhile, the DGP said that a proper investigation will be conducted into the complaint. The police, including the ACP, were present at the spot when they attacked. The students suffered serious injuries to their heads and backs.
