
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Kerala to announce the development plan of the capital city. The Prime Minister will be arriving in Thiruvananthapuram on January 23.
Party state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar had announced that the Prime Minister would come to the capital to announce the city's comprehensive development plan if the BJP gets the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation administration. The Prime Minister is coming to announce the development plan in keeping with this promise. BJP centres are indicating that Narendra Modi will announce a comprehensive development plan that will change the face of the city. The ceremony will be organized at the Central Stadium or Putharikandam Ground.
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister's visit and the announcement of the development roadmap are also part of the assembly election campaign. The Prime Minister's visit is also being assessed as part of the BJP's strategy to maintain the upper hand it has seized in municipal administration in the assembly elections as well.
