Rapper Vedan to get married on February 24, seeks blessings of all

Rapper Vedan shared the news of his wedding with young writer Navami Latha. The two were in a relationship for quite some time. He is getting married on February 24 in Thrissur. The rapper said the function will be an intimate simple registered marriage. CPM state secretary M V Govindan announced his wedding at the Happiness Festival organized by the government at Dharmashala in Kannur as part of the local self-government day celebrations. Vedan later confirmed this and said that he is getting married and sought the blessings of all.

Navami often accompanies Vedan to public events. She was with Vedan when he came to receive the state film award for best lyricist at the function held in Thiruvananthapuram. Vedan had earlier revealed that the song ‘Mona Lova’ released by Vedan in 2025 was written for her.

Hirandas Murali alias Vedan is a well-known rapper in Kerala. Vedan gained attention after his first music video ‘Voice of the Voiceless’ was released in 2020. His second music video ‘Bhoomi Njan Vazhunnidam’ was also popular. The most recently released song ‘Ennakaruppi’ was also a hit. Vedan won the state film award for best lyricist for his song ‘Kuthantram’ from the movie ‘Manjummal Boys’.
