Although the Meteorological Department has predicted that rain will arrive in all districts of the state in the coming days, there is no need to hope for a big break from the heat. Restrictions were imposed on daytime work in the state after the start of summer. The advice is to avoid engaging in outdoor work between 12 noon and 3 pm. Health experts warn that extreme caution is needed during summer. The ambient temperature is already rising at a record rate. The possibility of physical discomfort and health problems due to the heat is very high.

Similarly, drinking plenty of coconut water and making a habit of fruit juices is good. It is also good to avoid direct sunlight during the day.
