Running KSRTC bus catches fire, miraculous escape for passengers

ALAPPUZHA: A running KSRTC bus caught fire on the national highway in Kayamkulam. The bus has been completely burnt. The bus that caught fire was proceeding to Alappuzha from Kayamkulam. There was a severe smell when the bus reached near MSM College.

The driver then stopped the bus and made all the passengers disembark immediately. The bus caught fire even before the passengers disembarked and they had a miraculous escape. The reports that came in said there are no casualties. The cause of fire is not known. The police and fire force have reached the spot.
