Six-year-old girl and father found dead in Ernakulam; suicide suspected

KOCHI: A father and his six-year-old daughter were found dead at Ponekkara in Kochi. The deceased have been identified as Panavally native Pavishankar and his daughter Vasuki. The preliminary conclusion is that they committed suicide due to family issues. The incident took place when the child's mother was not at home. According to police, Pavishankar hung himself after giving poison to his daughter.
