"Suresh Gopi spoke to me over phone, it is very gratifying": KB Ganesh Kumar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State transport minister and actor KB Ganesh Kumar said that actor and Union minister Suresh Gopi called him directly to congratulate him. Ganesh Kumar said that Suresh Gopi called him after watching his performance in 'Gaganachari' and he was happy that Suresh Gopi said his performance in the film was good. Ganesh Kumar said this during the promotional event of Gaganachari.

Ganesh Kumar said, "Suresh Gopi spoke to me over the phone. It's very gratifying for an artiste to hear that a role has been done well." Directed by Arun Chanthu, 'Gaganachari' hit the theatres on June 21. 'Gaganachari' is a dystopian alien film and is getting a good response from theatres. After garnering accolades at various fests globally, the film was also screened as part of the Kerala Pop Con held in Kerala.

'Gaganachari' won critical acclaim at several international film festivals, including the New York Film Awards, Los Angeles Film Awards and the Pramana Asian Film Festival in southern Italy. Praised in categories like Best Picture, Best Taika Feature Film and Best Visual Effects, the film has also been screened at various festivals in America, Europe and Singapore.
