Teacher collapses and dies while taking class in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A teacher collapsed and died in front of her students while she was taking class in a school in Anavoor. The dead is Vinodini of Marayamuttom. She was a Maths teacher of Parassala GHSS. She came to the school to give computer training to students of Anavoor School as part of Little Kites Project.

She collapsed while taking class at 11 am this morning. She was immediately taken to the hospital by other teachers and employees, but the doctors declared her as dead. Her body has been shifted to Neyyattinkara taluk hospital. The cause of death can be ascertained only after getting the postmortem report. The police have registered a case for unnatural death. The body will be handed over to her relatives after postmortem.
