THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, the Chancellor of state-run universities, has issued a directive that the Vice-Chancellors and other officers of the universities pursuing litigation against his orders should do so at their own expense. The Governor has sent a notice to the vice-chancellors directing them to repay the money sanctioned from university funds to pursue litigation against the Chancellor.
The vice-chancellors of various universities in the state have spent Rs 1.13 crore to run the cases against the Governor.
