'Will name my lorry Arjun, is it wrong to start a YouTube channel', Manaf responds to allegations

KOZHIKODE: In response to accusations from Arjun's family, lorry owner Manaf has come forward to firmly deny any wrongdoing. Manaf clarified that he never collected funds in Arjun's name and expressed confusion over why the family was making such claims.

“I’ll say whatever I want on the YouTube channel. Honestly, I don’t know anything about this. Trust me. If anyone has seen me raise funds in Arjun's name, they can stone me to death. I can prove my innocence,” Manaf stated. He added that while the phones keep ringing and his YouTube channel is gaining attention, he has no reason to fear. “I’ll even name my lorry 'Arjun'—he’s reached the hearts of people with emotion.”

Manaf expressed deep emotion regarding his connection to Arjun's family. "What’s wrong with considering Arjun’s family as my own? Arjun’s mother is like my mother too. I don't understand what I did wrong. If they ever need me, I’ll be there for them. Is it wrong to start a YouTube channel?" he asked, emphasizing that there were no prior disagreements.

“I’m not a famous person, so why am I being crucified? What I’ve done will remain,” Manaf concluded, maintaining his innocence and expressing his continued support for Arjun’s family.
