THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC chief K Sudhakaran said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is a ghost guarding the skeleton of a party that has lost its soul. Those at the helm of the administration and movement built up by the activists giving up their blood, pretend not to see the party’s deterioration.
