Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4 winner and director Akhil Marar is contesting this year’s assembly election as a Twenty20 candidate from Thrikkakara. Akhil recently triggered a debate over his criticism of actor Ramesh Pisharody, the UDF candidate in Palakkad. Akhil Marar, in a Facebook post, had pointed out the political and personal differences that separate him from Pisharody.
Now, model Shiyas Kareem, the former Bigg Boss contestant, responded to Akhil Marar’s debut election as a candidate.
“I agree with what Pisharody said against Marar. I don’t want to talk about him further, as it would only boost his social media traffic and popularity. I still say that if Marar were to contest the first season of Bigg Boss Malayalam, he would have scooted the house within a week.” Said Shiyas.
Earlier, Pisharody had responded to Marar’s criticism, saying that he does not have time to pay attention to Marar.
