Pope Francis will arrive in war-torn Ukraine to provide peace

VATICAN: Pope Francis will arrive in Ukraine for providing peace as the nation is reeling under Russian invasion. Pope announced that Ukraine visit is under consideration.

Religious and political leaders have already invited the Pope to visit the country and to save it. He said he was accepting the invitation following the same. But the date has not yet been confirmed.

The Pope has previously said he stands with Ukraine. Ukraine is being destroyed by war. He also said that rivers of blood and tears were flowing in Ukraine.

The Pope often condemned the war without naming Russia. As the Russian invasion continues to create damage, the announcement of Pope's visit gives great hope to the Ukrainian people.
