WASHINGTON: An unidentified object over Huron lake in north America elicited shock among the natives. The US in a stiff response shot down the unidentified cylindrical object using an F-22 fighter. Earlier this week, the Chinese spy balloon passing the demarcation lines triggered a move from the US that shot down the balloon in an unprecedented manner. The reaction was an anomaly of sorts since the US always showed restraint while acting against China.

On February 10, the US shot down another unidentified object that was seen aloft 40000 feet above Alaska. Now, the new cylindrical object was found near the Yukon territory in Canada that was hit by the F-22 fighter jets. The operation happened just past midnight at about 2:11 am. Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau commented that the unidentified object crossed the demarcation lines and that the Us Airforce in collaboration with Canada made the operation successful. The prime minister also confirmed that the forces will analyze and recover the wreckages.

Later, a phone call happened between US president Joe Biden and Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau analyzing the shootdown operation. The US president confirmed all sorts of collaboration with the Canadian team to defend the American airspace.
