Nothing to hide and be afraid of, says Amit Shah on Adani issue

NEW DELHI: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has responded to the allegation of the congress that the central government is favoring industrialist Gautam Adani. Amit Shah said they have nothing to hide or be afraid of and the Congress can approach the court if they want on Adani issue. He also justified the expungement of Rahul Gandhi and Congress leaders' speeches in Parliament against Modi from the records.

‘The center and the BJP have nothing to hide or be afraid of in the Adani controversy. Removing the remarks of Congress MPs is not the first incident in the history of Parliament. Parliament is the place where debates take place by statute. Should respond in polite language. The people have seen what happened there. As the Adani issue is under the consideration of the Supreme Court, not responding more. The allegation of misuse of investigative agencies is false. The BJP will get a thumping majority in Tripura. This is the response of the road show. There is no contest in the 2024 elections, people have decided to gather behind Modi,' said Amit Shah.
