Govindan master filed defamation against Swapna, but why not CM Pinarayi: K Sudhakaran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president K Sudhakaran had good words for CPM state secretary M V Govidan as he described the latter as an ‘open book’. Meanwhile, the congress leader never shied from calling Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan a wimpy one. The KPCC president put forward the defamation case filed by Govindan against Swapna Suresh to gauge the innocence factor among the two leaders of CPM. However, the high criticism against the CM was for the stoic nature adopted and not going against any case against Swapna.

“ Govindan master is innocent, he filed a case against Swapna. But Pinarayi who received the lion's share of accusations is still stoic and not spouting a word against Swapna which moreover tells the whole story. Even Govindan master knows the tainted politics espoused by the CM. It's high time the CPM comes forward to change the CM from such an austere post” Sudhakaran said while meeting the press.
