THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The medical report said there is no fracture on the hand of the watch and ward member in connection with the clash that broke out in the assembly. The police registered a non-bailable case against the MLAs alleging fracture on the member’s hand. The case is likely to be dropped after talking to the doctors.
The watch and ward sustained injuries when opposition MLAs including K K Rema were besieging the Speaker's office during the assembly session. The MLAs also sustained injuries.
Many including the chief minister accused the opposition MLAs of attacking the watch and ward. A case was filed against the ruling MLAs under offence of getting bail and non-bailable sections against the opposition MLAs.
