‘Yoddha 2’ on cards, reveals director

A sequel to hit films is not a new thing. Once such sequel which the audience has been waiting for is Mohanlal and Jagathy Sreekumar starrer ‘Yoddha’. Now, director Sangeeth Sivan has revealed about this through Straight Line on Kaumudy TV.

“I got the concept. Most people who worked for the film are great technicians now. They were very thrilled when I told them the story back then. The movie will work out only if that thrill element is there. We were working on a concept, but then Jagathy had an accident. He had a main role in that film. Then we thought about a different concept. It was finalized.

We will start working for the film as soon as possible. The second part will be a combination of both old and new concepts. The technology has changed a lot. We can only think about the film in such a scale.”, he said.
