Three persons injured in wild animal attacks in two places in Kerala

MALAPPURAM/THRISSUR: Three people were injured in wild animal attacks that took place in two places in Kerala. A tribal youth was attacked by a bear while collecting honey in Nilambur, Malappuram. The incident happened last night. Tharippappotti Colony native Velutha sustained an injury on his leg in the attack. He is undergoing treatment at the Medical College Hospital.

In Thrissur, two people were injured after a wild boar hit a scooter at Painkulam in Chelakkara. The injured persons are Panjal native Radha (33) and Painkulam native Rakesh (30). They have been admitted to Thrissur Aswini Hospital. The incident took place at around 7 am today.
