Minister V Sivankutty turned inconsolable mentioning Sarang; tearful adieu to SSLC topper

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The death of 16-year-old Sarang has left the state in ache amidst the jubilation over the tremendous victory of SSLC results. When the results were announced, Sarang topped the mark sheets securing an A+ in all subjects. Attingal Boys higher secondary school 10th std student B R Sarang will live through 10 people as his parents decided to donate their son's organs in a noble move. The Health minister V Sivankutty shuddered and wept while mentioning Sarang’s name in the press meeting called for announcing results.

Sarang was a football aficionado and revered Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo. He was traveling with his mother in an autorickshaw on May 6th when an accident happened. It was only after days that consciousness crept back to him, and his first talk to close ones was a request to bring his favorite football jersey. Today during the cremation ceremony, Sarang was adorned in his favorite Ronaldo jersey gifted by his relative.
