TOKYO: Experiments by Japanese researchers to cure infertility and birth defects in children lead to a new breakthrough. Researchers are planning to create large numbers of human babies by creating eggs and sperm from human cells. According to the effectiveness of the research, the researchers believe that human babies can be created in the lab in 2028. The efforts for these are being made by researchers at Kyushu University.

It was only after great progress was made in the experiments carried out by taking cells from the body of mice that the researchers thought that the same could be done in humans. It was published in the scientific journal Nature.

Out of about 630 embryos, seven successfully turned into baby mice. It was a very clever experiment, said University of California researcher Diana Laird. The optimistic belief of the researchers is that they can create human babies in labs in just five years through such experiments.
