THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Everyone knows they have a little bit of debt and are in a crisis also. However, can they do this is the question asked. We are talking about our own KSRTC. They asked an amount of Rs 4000 as ‘nokkukooli’ to return the lost anklet weighing 1.5 sovereigns. This unfortunate incident happened to a native of Kothamangalam.

The girl reached the capital city for civil service exam training. She lost her anklet while travelling in a bus of Kaniyapuram depot. She lodged a complaint at the museum police. Another passenger of the bus got the anklet. The girl got the information from a Facebook post of the passenger. The museum police helped her in that.

The KSRTC demanded an amount of Rs 4000 for keeping it safely in the depot. Not only that an affidavit in a stamp paper of Rs 200 and two solvent sureties were demanded. Eventually, the girl borrowed money from her friends and got back the property from KSRTC.
