NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has relaxed the bail conditions of PDP leader Abdul Nazar Madhani. The Supreme Court has given permission for him to return to Kollam. He can also go to Ernakulam for the treatment.
The court also directed him to appear at the nearest police station once in fifteen days. The order was on the plea filed by Madhani seeking relaxation in the bail conditions. The Karnataka government had opposed the demand of Madhani.
Madhani approached the Supreme Court demanding treatment including kidney transplant and also requested to relax his bail conditions. In the plea, he said that he could not bear the expenses of the Karnataka Police and requested to hand over his security to the Kerala Police.
