NEW DELHI: The High Command has asked congress leaders in Kerala to start laborious work to ensure victory in all 20 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, congress will henceforth adopt strict measures to prevent differences within the party from going out to the public. The workers should strictly express differences only inside party forums but not on any other public platforms.

The meeting held at AICC headquarters in New Delhi saw participation from KPCC president K Sudhakaran, opposition leader V D Satheeshan, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, former president Rahul Gandhi, and general secretary of the organization K C Venugopal.

K C Venugopal later informed the media that the meeting discussed major problems and politics surrounding Kerala. He also said the political climate in Kerala is presently conducive for the Congress party to rise back to power. The meeting went on for three hours and the leaders gave a word of promise to Rahul Gandhi saying Congress will triumph in Kerala by winning all 20 seats.

Meanwhile, former congress president Rahul Gandhi opened up about his interest to contest again from Wayanad if the court lifted his ban.
