PALAKKAD: CPM leader A K Balan said Mathew Kuzhalnadan MLA's allegations are unnecessary. He said the allegations are being levelled against Veena Vijayan as she is the daughter of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
Will Mathew Kuzhalnadan withdraw his allegations and tender an apology if proved that Veena and company have paid IGST. Will he end his public life, challenged A K Balan. He also asked whether the income tax department had issued a notice to Veena or summon her for a statement regarding the allegation.
‘Is Mathew Kuzhalnadan still firm in his allegations levelled? His main allegation is that Veena has not paid the IGST. If released the documents of Veena paying it, is he ready to end his public life.’ He asked why untrue things are being circulated before the public.
