PALAKKAD; Kerala is awaiting to find the lucky person who will win the Rs 25 crore Onam bumper lottery this year. The draw will take place at 2 p.m. today. Lottery shops are witnessing a heavy rush in the final hours. Meanwhile, it is reported that a theft has taken place at a lottery shop in Palakkad. The theft took place at PS Lottery Agency at Chungam in Mannarkkad in Palakkad. Three Onam bumper tickets were stolen from the shop. The ticket price is 500 rupees.

Meanwhile, agencies and retail sellers are saying that the sale of this year's Onam bumper lottery tickets is a super hit. With only hours to go, sales are still going strong. More than 75 lakh tickets have been sold out of the 80 lakh lottery tickets printed.
