Found gold necklace in garbage, returned it to owner; minister heaps praise on Radha and Shaiba

KOCHI: Minister M B Rajesh has heaped praise on the members of the Haritha Karma Sena who returned a gold necklace that was found in a garbage bin to its owner. Radha Krishnan and Shaiba Biju, members of the Haritha Karma Sena in Mudakkuzha panchayat in Ernakulam were praised by the minister for their sincerity.

Sharing the picture of Radha and Shaiba on his Facebook page, Minister Rajesh said that their action brought enthusiasm and pride to Haritha Karma Sena members in the state. The two had found a gold necklace of 10 sovereigns in the garbage. Following this, Radha and Shaiba conducted an inquiry, found out the real owner of the necklace, and returned it.

'Big salute to the sincerity shown by these two members of the Haritha Karma Sena. Heartfelt greetings to them on behalf of the Local Self Government Department and the government,' the minister wrote.
