Bodies of two men found buried in paddy field; police conducts examination

PALAKKAD: Bodies of two men were found in a field at Karingarapully in Kodumba panchayat. The bodies of two youths were found buried in the field at around 5 pm today. Police have not confirmed the identity of these bodies. They will take out the body tomorrow in the presence of the tehsildar.

A case was registered against four youths in a case of assault in Veneli area near Karingarapully. Two of them were staying at a relative's house in Karingarapully and it is suspected that their dead bodies were found as they are missing. Police found the body based on the statement taken from the other two accused in the assault case.
